A. Personal statement
I am a Professor of Critical Care medicine, a Master’s instructor and postdoctoral co-instructor, and the Director of Hospital Infection and Control. I am primarily engaged in clinical and basic research of sepsis and acute kidney injury. I am a member of Thrombosis and Hemostasis, Chinese Research Hospital Association; a standing member of the Plasma Treatment Committee, Guangdong Clinical Medical Association; a member of Hospital Infection Management, Guangdong Province Hospital Association; and a member of Critical Care Medicine, Guangdong Pathophysiological Association. I am also Vice-Chairmen of Critical Care Medicine, Shenzhen Medical Association. At present, I act as a reviewer of the European Journal of Internal Medicine, Kidney and Blood Pressure Research, Platelets, Renal Failure and other scientific journals.
